Freshline in Bosnia and Herzegovina reserves the right to cancel the execution of an order if an obvious error appears on the website regarding the displayed price of a product (for example if the price is unrealistically high, too low, or displayed as 0 KM).

In such situations, the customer will be promptly informed about the error and the correct price of the product.

Products available on the website are intended exclusively for personal use. The customer agrees not to use the products for commercial purposes, resale, or within any business activities.

Freshline in Bosnia and Herzegovina shall not be liable for any loss of profit, business opportunities, interruption of business operations, or other indirect business losses.

All content published on the website, including texts, photographs, and all other materials, is protected by copyright.

Any copying, downloading, reproduction, distribution, or use of the content for other purposes without prior written consent of Freshline in Bosnia and Herzegovina is prohibited.

The company is not responsible for damages that could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of concluding the purchase contract.

Freshline in Bosnia and Herzegovina is also not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters
• war or emergency situations
• strikes or labor disputes
• decisions of government authorities
• other similar unforeseen events

Freshline in Bosnia and Herzegovina reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to the website, for example during technical maintenance or system upgrades.

Submitting Complaints

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, customers have the right to submit a complaint regarding the quality of services or products.

Complaints may be submitted in written form:

After receiving the complaint, the company will respond within the legally prescribed timeframe and inform the customer about the further procedure for resolving the complaint.
